Payment Policy: All course fees are due in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable.

1. Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

2. Late Cancellations/No Shows: Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee, with no refund or credit issued.

3. Rescheduling Limit: Each session may be rescheduled one time only; further changes are not permitted.
